Guidance has organized a “College Sweatshirt Day” which encourages faculty and staff to wear college sweatshirts or t-shirts and to talk about what the college experience meant to them. Each teacher will spend a few minutes at the beginning of class. We hope this day will help students to envision education after high school and to widen their awareness about several options.
It will take place on Monday, November 21, 2011

All 7th grade students have worked with guidance to complete a learning style inventory and to explore study strategies that match their individual style. Please ask them to see the packet of strategies that should be in their language binders. Family conversations about these strategies is a great way to support your student’s study skill development.
