Minutes for April 6, 2006

Turcotte, Eileen Reinacher, Tammy Ehrmanntraut, Bill Carozza

Motion made by Sally Turcotte to approve March 9, 2006 minutes. Seconded by

Trish Underwood. Passed.

Funding Requests:

Request from Maple Street School Phys Ed Dept for $175.00 to purchase 50

pedometers @ 3.50 each. Motion made by Peter Gauthier for $175.00. Seconded by

Eileen Reinacher. Request approved.

Request from Maple Street School 5th grade team for money to help pay for cost

of field trip to Lowell National Historic Park. Motion made by Sally Turcotte

for $350.00. Seconded by Trish Underwood. Request approved.

Request from SAU office for $150.00 to pay 1/3 of the amount to have this year’s

annual school district staff meeting catered. Motion made by Sally Turcotte for

$150.00. Seconded by Trish Underwood. Request approved.

Request from Maple Street School Publishing Center for $200.00 to purchase

supplies for the new publishing center program. Motion made by Trish Underwood

for $200.00 Seconded by Sally Turcotte. Request approved.

Fun Fair Update:

We are still in need of Volunteers and items for the silent auction. Raffle

basket forms have been sent out to classrooms.

Fisher Cats Family Baseball Game:

This event has been scheduled for Saturday, May 13th at 1:05. The deadline to

get forms in was extended to April 10th.

MSS Coffee:

Mike Bessette will schedule a date for another Banter with Bessette and invite

Steve Chamberlin.

6th Grade Changes:

Mike Bessette gave an overview of the changes being made to the 6th grade

classes.

NECAP Test Information:

Bill Carozza gave an overview of the NECAP testing done in the fall.

Other Business:

It was requested that the school principals post the school board meeting dates

in the school newsletters.
