Funding Requests:

Money given to the 8th grade for cancelled October field trip will be used in

the Spring to see Romeo and Juliet

Request from Will Renauld for $500.00 to help support a new First Robotics Team.

This is a combined team of Hopkinton High School and John Stark High School

Students.  Approximately 15 out of 30 students are from Hopkinton High School.

Motion made by Trish Underwood to give $200.00 and to extend the PTA movie

license to the team for their fundraising efforts.  Seconded by Vickie Baronas.

Update on PTA Activities:

We will be putting PTA bulletin boards at all the schools to post PTA

activities, events and news.  Julie Morris has visited the three schools and

with the principals found a location for each board.

The PTA received an award for increase in membership from the National PTA for

the 2004/2005 school year.

The PTA was presented with a proclamation recognizing the Hopkinton PTA from the

Governor's office at the Executive Council Meeting held at Hopkinton High School

in November.
