Carozza, Mike Bessette, Peter Gauthier, Denise Demour, Kelli Cyr, Nancy

Skarmeas, Arlene McGrath, Trish Underwood.

Motion made by Peter Gauthier to pass April 6, 2006 minutes. Second by Kathy

Donohoe. Passed.

Funding Requests:

Request from Deidre Smith for $450.00 to purchase several of the Great Stone

Face novels. Motion made by Kathy Donohoe for $450.00. Second by Trish

Underwood. Passed.

Request from grade 4 for $300.00 to help pay for the class trip to Strawbery

Banke. Motion made by Peter Gauthier for $300.00. Second by Trish Underwood.

Passed.

Request from Kelli Cyr for $75.00 to pay for door prizes and water for the

Volunteer Appreciation night. Motion made by Trish Underwood for $75.00.

Second by Peter Gauthier. Passed.

Motion made by Kathy Donohoe to disburse $200.00 budgeted for Project Graduation

to the High School. Second by Denise Demour. Passed

Nominations for PTA Board Members:

Nominated for Secretary: Nancy Skarmeas

Nominated for Vice President: Julie Morris

Nominated for President: Kathy Donohoe

Joyce Rose will complete her term as Treasurer

Board members will be voted on at the June 1, 2006 meeting.

Bike Helmets:

Vickie Baronas will organize the PTA bike helmet sales.
