Minutes for November 3, 2005

Motion made by Kelli Cyr to pass October 6, 2005 minutes. Seconded by Peter

Gauthier. Passed.

Budget:

Budget was reviewed and motion made by Peter Gauthier to approve. Seconded by

Kelli Cyr. Passed.

Bylaws:

Motion made by Eileen Reinacher to approve new bylaws. Seconded by Sally

Turcotte. Passed.

Funding Requests:

Request from Becky Perkins for $570.00 to purchase weather kit and magnets for

the 2nd grade class. Motion made by Vicki Baronas for $570.00. Seconded by

Sally Turcotte. Passed

Request from 2nd grade class for $150.00 for the Wild about Turtles program.

Motion made by Vicki Baronas for $150.00. Seconded by Sally Turcotte. Passed.

Amendments to October 6, 2005, minutes:

Esther Cowles has volunteered to review the PTA accounts.

$500.00 was given to Hopkinton High School to support the internet safety

program presented by Officer James McLaughlin.

Meeting adjourned at 6:45 and was followed by a presentation on healthy eating.
