2.  Announced offices open for President, Vice President and Treasurer     for the year of 2010/2111.  Anyone interested please contact     Catherine Marshall at thomcat.marshall@comcast.net
3.  Fun Fair Update We Need the Following:
•    Raffle baskets or containers.  Don’t throw away those Easter baskets!! Please email thomcat.marshall@comcast.net with donations
•    Volunteers to assist on May 15th from 9 to 3pm.  Anyone willing to donate their time for a shift, help with set up or clean up please contact  Stephanie Lesko at lesko@mcttelecom.com
•    Donations of gently used board games.  Please contact Kelly Lewis at lewisboysthree@yahoo.com
•    Cake walk donations (cupcakes or cakes). Please contact Kristen Hamilton at kmhzoo@yahoo

Funding requests:

•    Tim Stokes – 6th grade.  Requesting $240 for 40 students to be admitted into the Boston Museum of Fine Arts to see the Egyptian exhibit.  Approved

•    Sue Batchelder- Request for $500 to assist the Hopkinton/ John Stark Robotics team who came in first place out of 53 teams (including teams from Canada, the United Kingdom, and Brazil) at the Boston First Regional Robotics Competition held at BU. The 15+ member team will next travel to Atlanta, Georgia for the national competition to be held April 15-17.  Approved
