March 3, 2008 Aruba is a low region because it has relatively flat land with very few hills, and Aruba has no natural resources. Aruba is located North of Venezuela. It has white sandy beaches and has no rivers at all. It is known to have hurricanes because it lies on the caribbean hurricane belt.
