Montserrat is one of the islands in the Caribbean region. Montserrat is located on the middle-northern part of the Lesser Antilles, it is one of the bigger islands in the Lesser Antilles. In 1995 it started erupting, when it was erupting it shot up ash, rocks, and steam into the air.The capital Plymouth evacuated because of the active volcano, the lava from the volcano rushed down at 100mph!!!
