1. The Odiorne trip is on Thursday June 17, 2008. We will be boarding the bus and going to Ordiorne Point in Portsmouth. It will be so much fun!

2. The first zone is the black zone, the second one is the white zone, and then the third zone is the brown zone, and then finally the red zone. The thing that makes the rocks black is the cyanobacteria, the thing that makes the white zone white are the barnacles. The stuff that makes the rocks brown is the rockweed and the knotted wrack. Finally, the stuff that makes the rocks red in the red zone is the irish moss.
