Walton Falls
Cardigan Mountain is located In
Alexandria New Hampshire. Its neighboring towns are Bristol (south) and Orange. Mount
Cardigan is located at 43
degrees 38.998 minutes north, 71 degrees 54.864 minutes west.
When you stand on the top of mount Cardigan
you can see for miles and miles. The
mountain has a bald peak due to a fire about 180 years ago in the 1800’s which
gives you the spectacular view. There
are both deciduous and coniferous trees which get smaller and bent as you get
higher in elevation.
I learned many things on this
trip but here are just a couple of them.
I realized that when you go on a hike if you slow down just a little you
will notice many interesting things, like maybe MUSHROOMS or a strange
BUG. When you want to have an awesome
hiking experience you want to wear the right clothes, such as synthetic
materials.
