Trinidad and Tobago were first inhabited by the Spanish, then British. The climate in Trinidad and Tobago is tropical, with a rainy season. Trinidad has the worlds largest resevoir (natural) of asphalt. It is a continental island because it is sort-of low, but it has natural resources too. Trinidad and Tobago are in the Lesser Antilles.
