The teachings of Kongfuzi would prevent rebellions in China because Kongfuzi taught everyone to be nice to each other. Like for children
to obey their parents. And for people to be polite, honest, brave, and wise. And with these people wouldn't rebel.

2. Why did many people flee to Taiwan from China in 1949?

In 1949 the Nationalists arrived in Taiwan from the mainland, and with them came more than 1 million refguees.

3. What 2 benefits do foreign-owned businesses expect from operating in China?

1. They can pay Chinese workers less than people working from their own country.
2. China has hundreds of millions of possible customers for their goods to sell well.
