I wanted to let you know how awesome our weekend was and what a great bunch of kids we have. Each athlete competed in four events and we had Zach Calley win Gold Medals in all four of his. Peter England won a Gold, 2 Silver and 4th place in his, Charlie Bartlett won a Gold, 2 Silver, and a Bronze, and Kendra Arsenault won a Gold, 2 Silver and a Bronze in her events. Emily and Duncan Calder who were part of the unified relay race both won Gold medals and Alison Bartlett and Dorothy England who were also part of a relay team with their brothers won Bronze medals. The kids were well behaved and respectful and had the experience of their life. Their parents were awed by what they saw and seeing their children win medals was something great. Zach, Charlie, and Peter are now in the running to compete in the 2011 World Games in Greece if their name is chosen. Spread the word of this AWESOME weekend as these kids are Hawks State Champions. – Coach Robin
