1.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve manifests.

            B.  PERSONNEL

 

1.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept Hopkinton School District Psychologist, Robert Forsten’s, request for early retirement effective June 30, 2008. 

2.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept the resignation of Ricky DiPietro, Custodian, Hopkinton Middle/High School, effective July 27, 2007.

3.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept the resignation of Sean Asdot, Custodian, Harold Martin School, effective August 6, 2007.

4.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of Bette House-Myers, Special Education Teacher/Out-of-District Coordinator for the 2007-2008 school year.

5.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of Kelly Conley, Reading Specialist, Hopkinton Middle/High School for the 2007-2008 school year.

C.  REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE TRUST

 

1.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the withdrawal of $3,370.50 from the Repair and Maintenance Trust Fund for cameras in Hopkinton High School parking lot.

2.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the withdrawal of $100,000 from the Repair and Maintenance Trust Fund for the Harold Martin School HVAC Project.

3.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the withdrawal of $14,924.68 from the Repair and Maintenance Trust Fund for Maple Street School locks, Harold Martin School carpet and tile and resurfacing of the Hopkinton High School gymnasium floor.

 

D.  EDUCATING EDUCATIONALLY DISABLED CHILDREN TRUST FUND

 

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board authorize the withdrawal of $9,975.00 from the Educating Educationally Disabled Children Trust Fund for out-of-district transportation.

Move that the Hopkinton School Board convene a non-public session in accordance with (RSA 91-A:3, II (a)(c)).
