A MANIFESTS

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve manifests.

B. CARDIGAN LODGE GROUP OVERNIGHT TRIP

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board grant approval of the overnight field trip to Cardigan Lodge Group Campsite August 19, 2007 through August 21, 2007.

C. PERSONNEL

1. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept Hopkinton Middle/High School Librarian, Shelley Lochhead’s, request for early retirement effective June 30, 2008.

2. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of Tana Montore, .5 Learning Center Specialist, Hopkinton Middle/High School for the 2007-2008 School Year.

3. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination for Schedule B for the 2007-2008 School Year per attached dated July 10, 2007.

4. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of the following for the 2007-2008 School Year.

Morning/Afternoon Crossing Guard Sue Garlow

Early Morning Duty Curt Martin

D. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve 2006-2007 Budget Adjustment No. 2007-15 in the amount of $80.00 to cover unexpected bus costs for the 6th grade move up day to Hopkinton Middle/High School. The transfer is from Miscellaneous to Principal Office Field Trip Transportation.

E. POLICIES

1. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Homework Policy.

2. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Instructional Materials Policy.

3. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Character and Citizenship Education Policy.

4. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Instructional Approach Policy.

5. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Data/Records Retention Policy.

6. Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Personnel Records Policy.

F. 2007-2008 FUEL BID

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board award the 2007-2008 Fuel Oil Bid to Fred Fuller Oil at $2.245 per gallon.

G. ENDOWMENT FUND

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the establishment of the Hopkinton Education Foundation.

Move that the Hopkinton School Board convene a non-public session in accordance with (RSA 91-A:3, II (a)(c)).
