Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept the resignation of Marcy Bauers, Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student Services and the Business Administrator, effective March 7, 2008.

A.  MANIFESTS

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve manifests.

 

                   1.  Budget Adjustments

 

a.   Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve 2007-2008 Budget Adjustment No. 2008-22 in the amount of $281.00 to purchased an installation kit for swing for occupational therapy at Harold Martin School.

b.   Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve 2007-2008 Budget Adjustment No. 2008-23 in the amount of $8,830.00 to replace the two hot water heaters at the high school.

B.  POLICIES

      

3.        Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Line of Responsibility and Staff Relations Policy.

4.        Recommend the Hopkinton School Board adopt the Board Member Conflict of Interest Policy.

 

D.    PERSONNEL

 

1.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept the resignation of Peg Penberg, General Food Worker, Hopkinton Middle/High School, effective April 1, 2008.

2.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board accept the resignation of Cettie Connolly, Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent effective April 30, 2008.

3.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve a Maternity Leave for Jackie Kleiner, Harold Martin School Guidance Counselor from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009.

4.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of Shannon Hudgins, Temporary Administrative Assistant to the Director of Student Services.

5.      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of Richard Brandt, Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach.

 

E.     MEXICO TRIP

 

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board grant preliminary approval for a Trip to Mexico, April 2009.

 

E.    MS-22

 

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve and sign the MS-22, Report of Appropriations Actually Voted.
