A.  BUDGET ADJUSTMENT

 

1.       Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve 2007-2008 Budget

Adjustment No. 2008-25 in the amount of $5,222.99 to transfer amount of budget from Business Administrative Assistant to Sped Administrative Assistant Salary Line.

2.       Recommend the Hopkinton School Board approve 2007-2008 Budget Adjustment No. 2008-26 in the amount of $1,596 to reclass funds to cover unexpected educational services for a child.

 

B.    REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF TWO STOREFRONT WINDOWS AT HAROLD MARTIN BID

 

Recommend the Hopkinton School Board award the Removal and replacement of two storefront windows at Harold Martin Bid to Granite State Glass in the amount of $3,315.00.

 

C.  MANIFEST APPROVAL – ALTERNATE SIGNATORY

 

      Recommend the Hopkinton School Board authorize an alternate signatory to approve manifests in case the Chair or Vice-Chair is unavailable.
