ACTION ITEMS
11. The Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s recommended Hopkinton School District 2012-2013 calendar.
12. The Hopkinton School Board accept the Superintendent’s recommendation to reauthorize the Hopkinton School District Investment Policy (DFA).
13. The Hopkinton School Board accept the Superintendent’s recommendation to approve the Indoor Air Quality Policy (EBBD).
14. The Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s recommendation to accept Kaari Ward-Bayly’s resignation, Harold Martin School afternoon playground monitor, effective December 8, 2011.
15. The Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s recommendation to accept Lynn Bennett’s resignation, Maple Street School morning duty monitor, effective December 22, 2011.
16. The Hopkinton School Board approve the Superintendent’s nomination of John Miner, Maple Street School morning duty monitor, effective January 3, 2012.
17. The Hopkinton School Board adopt the superintendent’s recommended FY13 Hopkinton School District Budget at the $16,905,249 funding level.
18. The Hopkinton School Board approve the superintendent’s recommendation to establish an article for the 2012 School District Meeting that authorizes the raising and appropriating of $100,000 as a Contingency Fund.
19. Hopkinton School Board approve the superintendent’s recommendation to establish an article for the 2012 School District Meeting that authorizes the raising and appropriating of $10,000 and the transferring of $10,000 from the unreserved fund balance to the Vehicle Capital Reserve Trust Fund.
20. Hopkinton School Board approve the superintendent’s recommendation to establish an article for the 2012 School District Meeting that authorizes the raising and appropriating of $15,000 and the transferring of $15,000 from the unreserved fund balance to the Health Insurance Trust Fund.
21. Hopkinton School Board approve the superintendent’s recommendation to establish an article for the 2012 School District Meeting that authorizes the raising and appropriating of $25,000 and the transferring of $25,000 from the unreserved fund balance to the School Building Repair and Maintenance Trust Fund.
