The Middle School maintains a separate identity by organizing instruction for the 7th and 8th graders in teaching teams. Block scheduling is used at grades 9-12. The school system offers a predominantly college preparatory curriculum since 80%-85% of the graduates continue their education beyond high school. Advanced placement courses are offered in science, math, and foreign languages. SAT scores exceed state and national averages, and college acceptances are impressive. Additionally, comprehensive, sequential courses in life skills and business education are provided. Students participate in a range of outstanding extra-curricular and co-curricular activities. The size of the school allows many students to participate who otherwise might not do so.
