5:20pm-School District Building Repair & Maintenance Fund

The Hopkinton School Board will hold a public hearing on

Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at 5:20 p.m. at Maple Street School 194

Maple Street Contoocook, NH 03229 in the cafeteria, for the

withdrawal of funds from the School District Building Repair &

Maintenance Fund for the following:

Walk-in replacement Harold Martin School - not to exceed

$21,000.00

Walk-in replacement Hopkinton Middle High - not to exceed

$19,000.00

Mini AC split replacement HMHS Server Room - not to exceed

$9,000.00

Mini AC split replacement MSS Server Room - not to exceed

$9,000.00

HMS MPR floor refinishing - not to exceed $24,000.00

MSS Cafeteria chairs - not to exceed $6,000.00

HMHS classroom furnishings - not to exceed $5,000.00

Mechanical engineering for future AHU replacements - not to

exceed $24,000.00

Total - $117,000.00

At the School Board Meeting immediately following the hearing,

the board will vote on an action item regarding the withdrawal

from the School District Building Repair & Maintenance Fund.

All interested residents are encouraged to attend the hearing

and provide written or oral comments.
